Q
Does your premises fall into any of these categories

Under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, it is now compulsory for all businesses to conduct a ‘suitable and sufficient fire risk assessment’ of all premises and parts of premises under the control of the “responsible person”.

Previously issued Fire Certificates are no longer valid (except in certain high risk establishments) and are not accepted as proof of fire safety compliance, A Fire Risk Assessment has to be in place.

How we can help,

CWE can undertake a fire risk assessment on your behalf, or provide support by reviewing and evaluating an existing fire risk assessment, even if carried out by others.
